Andrew Earns an Award

- Andrew earned a Fairfax County Peace Award for his work establishing a Best Buddies chapter at South Lakes High School.

New Motorcycle

- Bruce totaled his 2004 Yamaha Roadstar in May and a week later bought a 2005 Yamaha Venture. Bruce was injured in the accident, but not seriously.

Albero House Breaks Ground

- St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children in Norfolk, where Rachel lives, broke ground on its new Albero House adult facility. Rachel will live out her life in a private room as one of the new facility's private resident rooms.

Andrew Goes to College

- Andrew is off to college at George Mason University where David is close to graduating.

Eileen's Mother

- Eileen's mother, Sandra Kaczetow, passed away in November. It was sudden news to all of us, but she had been silently battling cancer for a long time.

New Car

- The 96 Taurus gone, we decided to get a small SUV to replace it. Bruce's 04 Chrysler becomes a car for the boys to share.
